Next you will have to cleanup all the files that don't belong on your server and lock down / reconfigure the service (patch?), so it can't be abused anymore. ![]() In general you need to focus on the services, that you have open to the public, log the traffic that is passing these services and find our what service is actually being abused for malware distribution. A general blocklist with malware IP addresses will not solve your problem, when you already have malware on your host and it became a malware distribution point itself. ![]()
